At RedTrex Technologies, we aim for customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

💰 Digital Products

Every digital product comes with a 24-hour refund period. If your ordered product key isn't working or is invalid, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement immediately. This process takes a few minutes to 1 hour. RedTrex will always stay online for you until you successfully activate your product.

Please Note: Change of mind or ordering the wrong product is not eligible for refund or replacement.
